I took my took my mom, aunt and cousin to the basic's class and we had a GREAT time!  Anne was full of fun, interesting facts about chocolate, we learned the basics of ganache, did some decorating, and made some wonderful tasting truffles! After all that, we were sent home with a wonderful array of truffles to enjoy. We can't wait to go back and take another class. We also had a great time looking at all the wonderful french items she had in her store~she even carries chocolate scented lotion! We will all definitely attend another specialty class and already have plans for some holiday truffle making with Anne. It was great to have someone local in Seattle to take classes from, Eat~Chocolates is the place for incredible truffles! ~Lisa Schwartzenberger, 2009

I recently took Anne's Truffle Making Class and it was fabulous! I had experience making handmade and molded truffles and the friend who attended with me had no experience making truffles at all, and we both found the class very informative and fun. The small class size allows for a lot of one-on-one attention and you can focus on flavors and designs that are most appealing to you. Anne is a wonderful instructor. I highly recommend her class and think it's a great bargain, too! Nancy H., Seattle

eat chocolates makes some of the best tasting, most beautiful chocolates I've ever had the pleasure of eating.  I absolutely love the dark chocolates filled with raspberry or lavender: both feature an intense, never bitter dark chocolate shell and a smooth creamy inside that's bursting with flavor.  The quality of the chocolate is excellent, the balance of flavors perfect, and you can't beat the smooth, melt-in-your-mouth texture.  My daughter and I have been known to fight over the decadent caramel ganache chocolates and nut lovers will go crazy for the chocolate with hazelnuts.  - Tami, Seattle

We've been delighted to feature Anne's superbly delicious, elegant chocolates at Dunn Gardens Events over the last several years. Exquisite temptations, the truffles have enhanced artwalks, winetastings, fall festivals. There's no season to fine chocolates...and we all know to indulge early as they disappear as quickly as Seattle sunshine. Lemon, lavendar, and the ginger sesame truffles are garden favorites. Find them if you can. - Sue, Seattle

Thank you so much for the wonderful chocolates you made for our fiftieth anniversary party. The guests loved the variety and raved about the flavor. The truffles made a perfect dessert for our dinner. We will definitely use for our next event. Delicious! - J.R., Seattle
