Use magnetic molds & cocoa butter transfer sheets.
Explore various decorating techniques.

BEYOND TRUFFLES
Learn how to:
Dip fresh & candied fruit, pretzels,crackers and more.
Make versatile & delicious chocolate bark.
Use blister packs, chablons (rubber stencils) and molds to make chocolate decorations, garnishes, spoons, bowls, cups, boxes & batons.
